Four weeks ago, I was in my basement and began to work out with my iron gym. A few reps into it I fell straight to the concrete floor landing straight on my back and head. It appeared the iron gym buckled and the black support bar twisted off the door frame while all of my weight was supported and I didn’t even have enough time to protect my body while falling hard to the floor. I am average weight for my age and weigh about 175 pounds. I used to use this daily but will NEVER use this again and urge my son not to use his either. A month later I am still having back and hip pains and don’t know if I will ever fully recover from this injury. Please consider my experience before purchasing or using this piece of equipment.

These head covers are awesome. i like how they make my clubs look in my bag and stops that clanking noise when i’m in the cart. If you look those extra accessories then get these for your NIKE irons.
This chin up bar is really great. It’s easy to assemble and install. It’s sturdy and it’s versatile (can be used for several different kinds of chin ups, as well as on the ground to increase range for push ups). My husband and I both feel the need to attempt a chin up every time we enter and exit the doorway where it is located, so that is kind of fun! I am very happy that I made this purchase.
This thing is awesome. A total moron can put it together. It has 4 screws and 2 stickers that say R for right and L for left. Took 5 mins to screw it all together. It works in all my door frames. It does give you a pamphlet to purchase extenders if needed. Now the only problem I can’t do 1 pull up yet. Working on that. No fault of the company.
. Highly recommend if you are starting to build your home gym. Very inexpensive and does it’s job.
I have to admit I wasn’t so sure that this product would work so easliy. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a rag over the top of the part that hangs on the door frame…ours was rubbing the paint a little. Other than that we haven’t had any problems with it and really like it. We can take it down when company comes over and since we are renting we don’t have the problem with putting holes in the wall.

I’ve been using this product everyday since I’ve received it 3 weeks ago. Its really helped me get stronger, and after 3 weeks of daily use, I can already see noticeable results. Also, I had some lower back pain when I would run over a mile, but since I’ve started exercising with this product, it has made my lower back stronger, and I no longer receive lower back strains while running. I highly recommend this product, it’s very easy to set-up and you will get results fast!

The Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar is easy to assemble, to use and to store. It’s only drawback is its need for heavier handgrips. Good product, worth what I paid ($40-$50).
My son has been using the Iron Gym and he loves it. It walks you through each step, explains in detail what you need to do, and also has a great cookbook to help you eat right.
This pull-up bar is the best deal for your money. I am looking forward to expanding the capabilities of the bar to continue to improve my upper body.
I bought this watch for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She needed a watch with a timer so that she would know when her play time had ended. She wears it everyday and loves it!! It’s easy to set the timer and all the other settings on the watch — perfect for her age!
Very nice watch. Easy to setup and start using. My daughter rarely ever takes it off.
This watch was a Christmas gift for my 5 year old which she fell in love with! The easy to read digital face alleviates the constant “What time is it?” question, and the indiglo feature is fun at bedtime. She keeps it on in the shower, as I do with my own IronMan. Her only problem is that she inadvertantly hits the chronograph button and has a hard time getting it back to regular time. I think she’ll figure that out as she gets a little older, and I have no doubt the watch will still be ticking along with her!
