Set Steel Free Helpful Tip

I recommend stay away from this buy. At only six months of normal use, I used the 5.5″ utility knife to cut straight down on a ball of cold Gouda cheese, and the blade snapped. The blade itself just broke in two pieces, very close to the handle, after applying normal pressure to cut a slice of cheese. I entered the Ginsu website to find a way to claim the warranty, but it cannot be honored because the ask me for a Product Number, which, in these knives, is nowhere to be seen. I’ve looked everywhere for a Product Number, and I cannot find one. That along with the way that the knife split, leads me to believe that this “Ginsu” knife are fakes! Beware.

Good set! Not too heavy, but strong enough. Handles can be locked in the up position. Fits together well, and the bag keeps it all in place. Overall, I’m very happy with this set.
I returned this item for a refund. If you are looking to save weight than this is your item. Otherwise, far too thin and light weight for “car” camping
Great knives, super sharp, and they look beautiful in the kitchen. Just make sure you hand wash them and dry them right away so you dont get the rust spots!
I was so unhappy with these pots. Everything I made in them burnt, I thought there was something wrong with me… till i got new farberware pots – for cheaper!
I Love these pots. They clean up very well. Don’t know why the other review says they had burnt food. I have an electric stove maybe that is the difference. The only problem is that the glass covers sometimes have water pooled under the handle and I need to unscrew it a little to release the fluid. other wise quite happy with the quality.
In the product description it says “These darts are slightly smaller than regulation size”. This is a considerable understatement as the darts are quite small, not just smaller. My regular darts are six inches long and these darts are four and a quarter inches long. They were too small to use and I tossed them out.
basically darts that are plastic work fine. I like them more than “regular” darts that have ends that come off and the size is a little small but that doesn’t matter good product to play darts with lol
They say “You get what you pay for”…But it was better than the first camping gear we bought.
