I have been a bit slow on posting reviews of the last couple of Stiff Aldila, but it is time to catch up


Help answer the question about Stiff Aldila
What is the best combination of loft and flex for a driver with a swing speed of 115 mph?
I have a 9.5 degree Nike Dymo driver. I took out the stock UST shaft and installed an Aldila Voodoo VS6 shaft that is playing between stiff and x-stiff. Stiff Aldila I have a very high ball flight with this combination. My clubhead speed with the driver is somewhere between 115 and 120 mph. My ball flight has a slight baloon to it with not much roll when it lands. I was thinking about buying the Callaway FT tour with an x-stiff shaft and an 8.5 degree head. Do you think this would help lower my ball flight and add a little more roll to my drives? Thanks!On average I hit the ball around 270. Most of my yardage is carry, with little roll.
