I purchased this item about one week after I got out of the hospital due to severe health issues. It was recommended by my doctor that I get such a device. After researching the many different types of products on the market with all of their “bells and whistles”, I came to the deduction that this model would suit me just fine.

This particular model has many different modes in which you can set to your particular needs. The buttons and display are large and easily accessable. I have set it to my needs and it has just been a joy to work with. First with anything that you buy I must recommend that you read and understand the instruction book fullly. Doing this will greatly improve the use of this product for you, rather than it just being a glorified watch.

Some people who have purchased this product have apparently had problems with the device not picking up the signal from the transmitter. I would wonder if they read the directions fully for one and two this possible problem is easily fixed with putting a bit of moisture on the transmitter before wearing it so that it can more easily read your heart rate and send it to the watch. Initially I had one instance with this, but to date have yet to have another. As with any electronic device it will fail at some point, this is a given. Timex has been building a great product for years and has changed with the times to offer products that do more than just tell time.

I paid about $120 and for the price it is a great value. I would recommend this product to anyone who would need/want it. Thank you.

Would it look good for a guy to 4 black and grey shade nautical stars across his hips?
Ok, I am wanting to get Black Grey a set of 4 Black and Grey shade nautical stars. The outer 2 will be over my hips while the inner 2 will be in line in the centre. Let me know what you think, and if i should change it by adding some colour to them
